Pioneer 308L-16 is a rutile coated
- Electrode with an austenitic core – wire alloy low carbon content.
- Weldable in all position except vertical
down. - Stable arc easy striking and restrike.
- After cleaning the weld leaves fine ripple
seam surface without under cuttings. - Application is suitable for welding Cr
Ni steels of the same nature, further
application welding materials 304L,
302,304.

Pioneer 309L – 16 is a rutile type stainless
- Steel electrode with good weld ability.
- Low carbon content, smooth running,
easy slag removal, low spatter welds in all
position except for vertical down. - Application suitable for welding dissimilar
steel, carbon manganese steels, low alloy
steels, mild steel and 19% chromium 9%
Nickel Steel. - Can be used for buffer layer before hard
facing.

Pioneer 310 -16 is a rutile type coated
- Electrode welds metal of austenitic
structure, with its 25% chromium 20%
nickel weld deposit makes it suitable for
temperatures up to 12000 Degrees also
good against corrosion. - Application suitable for welding type 309,
310 stainless steel and ferritic stainless
steel where the chrome content is higher
than 15%. - Application includes repair and
welding of cryogenic high temperature
components such as steam boilers
fabrication industries.

Pioneer 312 -16 is a rutile coated electrode
- To weld stainless steel to problem steel,
mild steel to low alloyed steel, high alloyed
steel to manganese steel and welded metal
with high chrome content. - It is machinable and scale resistant up to
1000 Degrees C. - Smooth stable arc and smooth finely
rippled seam, and easy slag removal. - Application suitable for buffer layer before
hard facing od teeth, crusher jaws, crusher
cones, knives, and dies.

Pioneer 316 – 16 is a low carbon rutile type
stainless steel electrode.
- With a smooth arc transfer, low spatter,
fine ripple seams surface and easy slag
removal. - Application suitable for welding general
purpose materials such as 316L, 316,
316Ti ,316 Cb, 3CR12, 317L , 317 as well
as other 300 series 301 , 302 , 303 , 304
, and 304L , the molybdenum contents
make it resistant to pitting and corrosion.
