The ER904L 1.6mm TIG Wire 5kg is a premium austenitic stainless steel filler rod, designed for welding 904L stainless steel and other high-alloy austenitic grades. Known for its extremely low carbon content and high resistance to corrosion, ER904L TIG wire is ideal for applications involving harsh chemical environments, especially those with sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
This wire contains high levels of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and copper. These alloying elements provide exceptional protection against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
