Description
The E2595-16 welding rods (3.2mm, 2kg) are engineered for welding duplex and super duplex stainless steels, especially E2507 grade. These rods are ideal for harsh environments where both strength and corrosion resistance are critical, such as offshore structures, desalination plants, petrochemical processing, and pulp and paper mills.
This electrode offers a balanced composition with higher molybdenum, nitrogen, and chromium content. These elements improve resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and general corrosion in aggressive environments. The E2595-16 welding rods also offer excellent mechanical properties, maintaining weld integrity under pressure and at elevated temperatures.
Welders benefit from a stable arc, low spatter, and easy slag removal, making these rods suitable for both positional and flat welding. Compatible with AC and DC power sources, they are versatile across job types and machines.
The 3.2mm rod diameter is great for structural fabrication and pipework in duplex materials. With a convenient 2kg pack size, this product is suitable for workshop and site applications.
We recommend using these electrodes with one of our industrial welding machines to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
